ah, whole body aching now. yesterday had crazy PT. 100 push ups 100 crunches but got some variation. we did 10 sets of 20. Jiao lian told us to do close arm push ups for about 3 sets and also asked us to do v snaps. oh ya got this set he ask us to do this exercise where you lie down and your arms and legs raise up at the same time. **** damn freaking pain haha. then got ths other drill i dunno how to explain haha.

have to go for tuition now.
